San Rafael is situated appr. 3 hours drive south west from Santo Domingo. The nearest city is Barahona, about 20 minutes drive away. In San Rafael you will find unspoiled areas with the ocean in front and the mountains behind. If you like to have a lot of people around and if you love crowded beaches this will be the wrong place for you. We offer a few lots for villas and later a few appartements in the heart of this area. There will be a maximum of 60 villas and 120 appartements on the total area of more than 525,000 m2. Furthermore there will be devoped the project of a spa hotel only.
